Our business has two core branches: (1) We offer parents strategic support & educational wellness through online courses, Implementation coaching, and consulting to help families transition successfully from traditional schools into homeschooling.
(2) We partner with Non-Profit Organizations and Education Providers to optimize teaching, learning & curriculum. We optimize Teaching & Learning, build data-informed systems, and strengthen instructional effectiveness.

Monica Renee Griffin-Monroe is the founder of Stay LITT LLC and Stay LITT Ministries. She has over two decades of experience as an educator, personalized learning specialist and transformation coach. She is a Kingdom Ambassador, Author, Speaker, Teacher and faith-based curriculum designer. Monica leads Stay LITT with wisdom, passion, and purpose.
As former case manager, classroom teacher, Diverse Learning Specialist, instructional coach, Education 4.0 consultant and current Homeschooling Mom, Monica brings unmatched insight into the needs of learners and families across diverse educational and spiritual landscapes. She is a Servant Leader. Her deep personal walk with God, combined with her strategic leadership, inspires families to grow, learn, heal, transform and thrive. Her goal in the educational sphere is to educate, equip and empower families to successfully advocate, prepare, organize, plan and transition into their next.
Monica leads a multifaceted agency offering educational consulting, homeschooling support, Progressive Implementation coaching, emotional wellness tools, and biblically-based guidance to live intentionally and thrive in life. Her mission is to equip families, adults, and communities to Live Intentionally, renew our minds, transform and thrive in Life with emotional wellness, education, innovation, intentionality, identity awareness and purpose.
Monica aims to equip clients with effective practices, systems, guidance and supports for emotional wellness and a successful transition into homeschooling with impactful learning experiences with demonstrated learning outcomes.
